-Listed as a Buy it Now is a Fostoria #2351 Cigarette Holder / Ash Tray. This one is Blue with Vertical Ribs. It was made by the Fostoria Glass Company in 1925-1927 and is HTF. It stands 4 1/4" tall and 4 1/4" wide. There are no chips or cracks. The base may have a little wear from usage. There may be very slight imperfections from the manufacturing process but very slight indeed. The glass is very clean!  Payment by Pay Pal only plus USPS Priority Mail
