Approx. grit is #1000, for the middle process of your knives, tools. Wide range and easy to use. Aizuto is getting harder to get here in Japan these days. Abrasive power is strong enough, enable to sharpen the blade quickly & smoothly. There are some hole on the sides and backside. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use
. These
are natural stones meaning that every single one of them is
different so my measured sizes
are
not accurate. This is a
lifetime
investment for people who
live
