It measures 12" by 12" which is the size of a record cover. Promotional flats are the thickness of a record jacket, so they're not flimsy (like a poster). This is double sided -- the photo on the left (the signed side) is the front, and the phone on the right is back)

    This is one of the earliest pieces of authentic Matchbox Twenty memorabilia you'll find. This was signed by the entire band, at the same time, in 1997.

    Note: The flat is double-sided, which is why there are two photos -- one of the front (signed), and one of the back.

    This promotional flat measures 12" x 12" which is the same size as a vinyl record cover.
    This item is currently stored in a climate and humidity controlled warehouse for preservation purposes. It's been stored in such condition since it was signed. I will ship within five (5) business days (because I go there once per week).
