This is Naniwa Off Speck whetstone.

No problem with the quality, and it is the same quality as a regular product at the store. It is a stock that Naniwa has kept as a product that cannot be put out at the store due to uneven color on the surface. This Grit #4000 Chemical finish whetstone is for finishing process, good for Knives. Naniwa's RRP of regular one is JPY 6600 (= Around USD 62.00) in Japanese market.
